Buying a rigid inflatable boat can be confusing especially if you’re new to boating. Talking to one of our dealers, or to Ceasar Marine directly, is the easiest way forward as you will get a professional insight into what size and specification of boat will meet your requirements. All of the Ceasar Marine sales team are highly experienced in operating rigid hulled inflatable boats and between our own staff and our dedicated consultants we have years of experience in the business of building, operating and selling boats and marine products. Ceasar Marine has a separate department for commercial clients and for the production of tender documents, the skill base including military, offshore and enforcement applications.

Where and how are they made?
Ceasar Marine assemble every boat with a stringent manufacturing quality control system for both commercial and leisure use. We source only the best quality tubes, tube fittings, electronics and fuel systems directly from our UK procurement department. We have a team of sourcing / procurement personnel to investigate and find specialized products to suit each customer’s requirements. We manufacture the hull, seating, consoles and all the super structure and supporting fittings at modern factories, utilising a new reduced power to weight system which stops the use of unwanted resins and layers of heavy matting. Our service to our customers allows not only the opportunity to visit our head office where you can view the range of boats and arrange a demonstration, but you can also visit any of our dealer outlets, shops, service and repair facilities.

Which RIB should I choose?
We have a large range of RIBs available which can be tailored to suit almost any application. Every Ceasar Marine RIB is produced to the highest standard and structural part of the leisure boats are built to the same high specification as the commercial models. Our RIBs are built to last and are over engineered in almost every way. Please speak to us here at Ceasar Marine and we can help you choose the RIB to best suit your needs.

What is the difference between the classes?
The Ceasar Marine range of boats can be individually customized with respect to equipment layouts, consoles and ancillaries. The range models, however, are specifically designed boats, but they can still be customized to a degree with a choice of engine, propulsion units, electronics etc. The seating options and internal layouts are fixed for each design.

What certifications do the RIBs have for a commercial application?
All the larger Ceasar Marine RIBs have the relevant certification required for a commercial application. You will need to have the relevant safety equipment on board and after inspection by the appointed MCA (Maritime and Coastguard Agency) representative a license can be issued. Specific codes of standard are obtainable for each individual project including military, offshore and enforcement applications. Ceasar Marine has a solid code of privacy and discretion when dealing with customers and clients. For any further information on a commercial product, please contact us here at Ceasar Marine Ltd.

How do I choose the specification I need? (Quotations and Tenders)
Quite simply talk to one of the Ceasar Marine staff, or alternatively one of our appointed dealers or commercial consultants. The initial conversation will give us a greater insight with relation to any specific requirements and allow us to offer first hand advice. A formal meeting can follow if necessary and we will then initiate a personalised or commercial tender reply or quotation with all requirements listed and individually priced. The price list should also give you some basic guidance regarding our most popular engines, options and layouts etc. Formal presentations can also be arranged for authorities and governing bodies.

How long will it take for my boat to be built?
It really depends on the time of year as to our production capacity. Depending on the RIB in question it can range from 4 – 10 weeks from the moment the order is placed until completion. We usually have our busiest months from January to July. Talk to Ceasar Marine for an accurate and realistic time scale. If you require any advice or have any questions please contact Ceasar Marine (see contact us) or e-mail using sales@ceasarmarine.com

How do I order?
When you have finally decided on your specification and have received a quotation, the order can be placed. The only requirement for securing your boat is a deposit representing 35% of the total price. A second instalment will be required before engine rigging. The final payment of 30% will be required before final delivery. Every product will have a realistic time frame and a work / time schedule will be presented as a matter of course.
Will you part exchange my existing boat?
We will offer part exchange for Ceasar Marine and any other quality built boats. If we can not accommodate your boat due to stocking levels or if we cannot agree on price (trade in deals have not the same retail financial benefits that an outright sale may have, dependant on product and current availability) we can advise you on selling your boat with our recommended brokerage service link.
